I love Nawazuddin Siddique in the
latest trailer of Raman Raghav 2.0 (Interesting title, like some Android
upgrade!) However, it is in fact based on the life of a notorious serial killer
back in the sixties by the same name. Especially the ending of the trailer
where Nawazuddin is crying helplessly like a caged animal and then instantly
changes his expressions to ambivalence – epic! Gave me the chills. He has
really gotten into the skin of his “psychopath” character understanding how
they are delusional about persecution and grandeur and use and manipulate
emotions to have their way. The music is also good but I found the trailer to
be too lengthy. Looks like a very unique concept and I’m sure the movie will
have bizarre, interesting characters. Looking forward to this one.
